That's about it. I'm out.
- First, thank you all for the comments! That was massive motivation for me. Kristen, I forgot all about the Turkey Trot. I'm finally IN TOWN to do it, so count me in. Are you guys doing the 5 or 10K?
- It's already past midnight, and I'll be back up in less than seven hours. Fun.
- I got my strength workout in today. I'm up to 15 pushups in a row again. I'd pat myself on the back, but I'm too sore.
- I was spot on with my eating today...until dinner. Due to lack of time, we had pizza. We did one of those take-and-bakes you get from the grocery store and I had three pieces. The calories weren't good calories, but it was about as much as I consume in a normal dinner. Tomorrow will be better - we've got a plan in place.

Beck.... pizza common.... You have to plan to succeed no winging it. If you don't have a meal plan you will fall face first into pizza. IF you got to have it make it healthy pizza on a ww pita, low fat cheese, and leans meats/ veggies. Your blog says you want this but your actions are saying otherwise.
I am going to sign up for the turkey trot again this year and am hoping to smash last years time.
You're completely right, Rip! Trust me, I was disappointed in myself. Time was definitely the issue. Anything short of throwing something cheap in the oven and baking it was going to take too much time. It's a valid excuse, but an excuse nonetheless.
Today has been and will continue to be perfect. You've got my word on that.
