I'm Crazy-Rubber-Band-Legs Woman!
Hey, look at me! I got rubber bands for legs, and I'm crazy! Now give me some candy, or I'll kick you with my crazy rubber-band leg!

Yeah, I ran my suicides again. My time was better - yay. But by the end, my legs felt like rubber. They were heavy and wouldn't do what my brain told them to. Good workout, though.

Followed it up with throwing the football (and actually catching some crazy passes) this afternoon.

Workout: Suicides
10 sets (sprint 20 feet, touch down, sprint back; 5x)
Time per set: 36s-38s
Rest: 1:25ish

Totally off topic and random: check these guys out. They're freaking awesome. They're Hendrix reincarnated.

It was PERFECT!!! It might have been slightly high in sodium, but let's start with baby steps. I also took the dog for a 1.5ish mile walk last night. On top of suicides and throwing the football.

Speaking of throwing footballs...

Nike has a new Sparq Training WEIGHTED football. It's about the same price as a normal football, so that's going on the list of things to buy when we have some extra cash!

I hate suicides...
That being said I want to get outdoors more and have been considering going to the local court and running them and shooting around for an hour or so after work everyday.
Glad to hear you and Kevin are doing good at trying to stick to the new goals.
Good luck, and maybe if we can get all get together one of these weekends I'll have to pick up that football and bring it out.
