
Exhausted.
I know I will probably get ripped a new one, but oh well. I'm so freaking tired. Do you ever get so tired that you try to have conversations and you feel like you're drunk?? That was me today...on a conference call. Professional.
So yeah, my plans of suicides and calisthenics went right down the drain.
I was still right on with my eating. I even took portion control up a notch at dinner tonight and ate lighter than I usually do.
Oh, and the best part of the day? I weighed in at 184.6 today. Heck yeah!

I wont be doing any ripping, you stayed the course on your eating and thats the big #1. I hear you on being tired... Since we are going out of town tonight I knew I had to get my workout in early.... If you consider 4am early then it was. The bad thing is I couldn't fall asleep last night and was up tell after 11. So I will be the zombie today keeping my food choices healthy. Nice weigh in Beck, today's another day to crush your workout.
Congratulations on the 184 -- you're definitely kicking my butt in the weight loss department!
