Notes: Well, there you have it. My hair. Eh. I don't really have the right products yet, so it kind of looks like a monkey took a dump on my head. But I'll get the hang of it.
In other news, I went to do my free personal trainer session today and I completely surprised the trainer with my knowledge of health and exercise in general. The cool part was that after the workout, she told me she was impressed with my endurance. She said that normally, people get really tired halfway through and need to stop. The bad part is that she did my body fat percentage. 31.5% according to her calculator. I'm not entirely bummed because there were no calipers involved...just my height, weight and a thing I had to hold on to. I've always been solid for my size (if that makes sense), so I know it's not that high. I do want to get some calipers this weekend so I can get a more accurate idea of what I'm dealing with. It's still going to be high...too high. But I know it's not THAT high.
Ok, off to bed. I'm dead freaking tired!

Seriously, it is so cute! So can you only get your bodyfat percentage measured by calipers at a gym? Awesome about the endurance comment :) With your running and HIIT workouts, I can imagine you endurance is on the high end of the scale ;)
Just wanted to say that the hair looks great! I only have the old pic to compare it to, but it looks nice (not like a monkey on your head).
I actually like the do a lot, Beck. Very cute. Erin just had her hair cut short too, it must be the in thing to do :)

I like the hair also, it looks really good on you. Looks like your weight is coming back down pretty fast too. Keep up the hard work.
